PMU. Witch hazel hydrolate. Witch hazel is characterized by its versatile application. It has a toning and moisturizing effect and regulates sebum secretion. It has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
It reduces swelling, supports the regeneration of irritated skin and accelerates healing. Reduces redness and swelling.
Prevents the expulsion of pigments from the skin.
